luckily, we really like MUS and looks like we'll be done Alpha in 2 more weeks!

i'm going ahead and buying Beta and Gamma (may even get Delta too) at the same time to save on shipping.

i have one manipulative set. Is two really worth having?

thanks

You have 3 kids?  I'm really assuming because of your name.  Then yes, two sets are worth it.

My son is doing gamma, and he's over halfway through and didn't need them until yesterdays lesson.

My daughter needed them for one lesson she did in Zeta, but I had some cheap cardboard 100's and 10's and units and she used those instead just fine.

I'm only using MUS for one kid. I think I'll try to get by with one for now. I'm the type who would make extras out of cardboard too.

If you have the extra to spend and you think you will need it, then, yes. But, you could just make copies as you need.

I have 2 sets and we haven't even used them.  I would probably stick with 1, I have 3 kids using them.
