I am taking most of the curriculum from amblesideonline.com and oldfashionededucation.com.  I have the first 4 weeks done so far (although the picture cuts it off at the beginning of the 4th week). This is for 1st grade.  We used Memoria Press for Kindergarten.  I liked the curriculum....she just flew through most of it too fast though.  She can read at a 2nd grade level and math is her favorite subject.  For 1st grade we are going to focus on slowing things down and reading a lot more.  I like the classical/Charlotte Mason approach to teaching.  My husband does the bulk of the homeschooling but I have to create the lesson plans and instructions.

This is what I have so far...hopefully it's not too small.

Okay I had to convert my table to text.  Hopefully it is understandable.  It lists the "texts" that we will be using first and then breaks it down into what we will be doing in each week (just the first 4 weeks).  I'll show what the table looks like at the end so it makes sense.

There was a cable/internet outage right after posting this. I'll try to resize it when the issue is fixed

FINALLY fixed it.  I can't figure out how to make the table a readable size so I just converted it to text in Word....

Yeah, there is quite a bit of reading. Charlotte mason likes using "living books"...so hopefully this works out for us.
