She was labelled at ps as the kid who was trouble and the kid who was behind.  She is KILLING IT in homeschool!  Sorry just had to brag on her.  I'm super proud.

Way to go, mama! Isn't it amazing to see them succeed?

Just found out my 1st grader (who I actually have in 2nd grade because she is advanced)  just took a reading test and scored middle of FOURTH grade! I am so proud. It's amazing what homeschooling can really bring out in our kids!

It just makes me want to cry because she struggled in PS SOOOOO much.  When we first started she would always say stuff like, "I'm so stupid, mom."  "I will never know how to read." Now here we are and she is gaining confidence each day.   She may still be behind but she is making great strides.  I am so proud of her.  Things are really moving along over here!  She just learns differently than they teach in PS.  I'm glad that even though I've said that for a long time, now I KNOW it's true!
