Do you have a bedtime ritual with your kiddo(s)?
If so, what do you do? Is it a tradition?

I try and read to them.every night. My parents did that for us too.

Now. Waking up i would.sing them "every booty gotta get up!" After my dad's made up song. My 5 yr old had it stuck in his head today. Lol

We've had the same ritual since the kids were babies. After dinner everyone is in pj's and we read our evening story (I read aloud) then it's brush teeth, feed the cats, etc. While one is doing their nighttime ablutions the other cuddles with me in front of the tv.

Nope Kirby.  We've tried to have a routine, but the boys liked to negotiate for other things instead of a story.  Some nights they'd rather have a game than a story, or listen to music, or light a candle, or sing a lullaby.  So now we just go with what they are in the mood to do.
