Congrats on the new home! I've also been starting to think about next year.

Quoting SuperMommy408: We will be getting the keys to our home next Monday, so we will be finishing all our packing this week. The girls have karate on Tuesday, homeschool book club on Wednesday. I need to start planning for our new school year. My daughter birthday is Friday, we're celebrating it Saturday. We will busy busy busy!!

I hope all your appointments go smoothly.

I had rabbits before. They're fun!

Quoting jwhit8791:

Had a dr appt for the baby yesterday (she is 4 months and 16 lbs!), I have an appt later tonight with the chiro and another appt on Friday.  We are all going to see the eye dr on Sat and I have to do my monthly meal planning and shopping this weekend too.

School is just school, we are in week 25 of 36......so not much more to go although we are still behind in some subjects.  I keep thinking I need to get better prepared but then that doesn't happen.  LOL  If only I could clone myself.  I truly don't know how some of you ladies do all of the things that you do with the extra curricular stuff.  I want them to get started in some of it but man........

I do need to start getting things together for my eldest son's birthday coming up in April.  We bought him a bunny and I am so excited for him!  Now when the novelty wears off and Mom is caring for it, we will see.  LOL

Good luck on the job and GOOD LUCK on the hair cut. LOLOLOL Pics when it's done!

Quoting NYCitymomx3:

Oldest dd is still learning to become a hairdresser.  I am her hair model this week and I'm readying myself for her to cut my hair really short (yikes, lol).

Youngest dd is getting her report card this week and she's endlessly making prom plans.  She will also be doing hours of rehearsing at her dance studio for the upcoming dance competitions.

Ds will be doing about 6-10 hours of formal homeschool academics this week, about 20 hours of informal academics (self-structured stuff), as well as 6 hours of mixed martial arts, and an hour of religion class.

I have a job interview on Friday and I really really want this.  I haven't worked since July and I'm ready to get back in the game.  It's part-time mornings, which fits perfectly into my schedule.

I love getting those easy weeks! LOL Have fun on your mini vacation.

Quoting bcogoli:

You all sound so busy!!!

This week is my first easy week in a long time. We have school and some errands and then Thursday my husband is taking me away for 2 nights. The kids will be going to my moms.

LOL, yep!  I have no clue where this week went.

I hope you all have a wonderful time, especially with your dh off too!

Quoting mem82:

We're doing Spring Break next week when Hubby is off for five days. Woot! I hope to organize things but I think we both know that's not going to happen. LOL

Quoting TidewaterClan: Spring break week this week! We went to the zoo and did some other fun stuff. I planned on completely and totally organizing everything. That hasn't quite happened yet but most of the hs material is taken care of.

lol I don't know how I've survived this week so far. Play practice was cancled for tomorrow so thats one thing I can scratch off! YAY lol. It's bitter sweet though. They had to cancle because the heat doesn't work and they had to shut the water off. I think a pipe burst or something like that... Jamie found out she is casted as an Oompa Loompa. So instead of being gone from 2-7 pm tomorrow, now we'll get home at 5 and have time to do homework for once this week lol. We're getting soooo far behind on school with all this running around! So glad we're just about finished with all our books for this year. We can take it slow and miss a few days and still have everything finished before the end of April :)

Quoting mem82:

Stop! YOu're making me tired!

Quoting No_Difference:

Finally had some time to check up on cafe mom today, and it's been scattered lol. I've had tabs up to post to for awhile now lol This week has been SUPER busy. Jamie auditioned to be in the play Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We're leaving in a little bit to go to their first official rehersal, and tomorrow they have a rehersal too. Tuesday was our only day of NOT having anything so we got as much school work done that we could get done for the week that day. Wednesday, the local college has "wellness wednesday" where the last wed of the month is free, so we went swimming to start prepping for swim season. We were there til about noon...and for it being an indoor pool...it was cold!! The rest of the day was dedicated to cleaning up the house for game day which was today. The guys just left from that.  Tomorrow we have co-op and rehersal, so we'll hardly be home. Saturday I'm running a 5K (which I am so not prepared for!!!) and then sneaking over to the Homeschool Confrence if I haven't died lol. Hopefully Hubby will help me catch up on the homework with the kids Saturday...

Thanks but spoke too soon.  My gyno appt got canceled because someone is having a baby and DS#2 threw up this morning so we canceled the eye appts since I have no idea who is going to get what or how anyone will feel.  LOL  I don't think we are doing school today either.  Baby girl got me up early (I think she might be going through a growth spurt) and momma is tired...
