This is what I do with Rob. It's helpful.

Quoting TidewaterClan:

If I'm trying to decide between two (or three!) options I bounce their pros/cons off him and he shares his opinion.  He's a wonderful listener too, and has been invaluable when I'm trying to decide the best route for us to take.

Maybe as you guys get farther along in the journey he will add more. 8)

LOL I first read this as 'He'll sound bored'. I was like, well, that would be annoying! LOL

Quoting No_Difference:

In the end, it depends on what I want. He'll be a sounding board, and give input if I'm struggling to decide on something, but he could honestly care less, and trusts I'll pick out what is best for the kids.

I make a list of what I am thinking about using and then we discuss it together and weigh the pros and cons.

I just show him what I want online, and then he says okay.

Quoting mem82:

Does he poke through it first or is he just like Okay.

Quoting JadeTigr7: I give him final approval, but usually he just goes with what I've picked out.

I may drag Rob to the convention in Ohio.

Quoting Leissaintexas: He has no clue lol. I took him with me once to a convention and the vendor hall astounded him. Its the only time in 15 years I've ever seen him look lost. I put hours upon hours into research and he's never once showed an interest in looking at curriculum. He trusts me to know what I'm doing.

So common!

Quoting Jinx-Troublex3: He leaves it all to me.

I do, too.

Quoting redhead-bedhead: He leaves it up to me, but I do ask for his opinion.
