If Christian is ok, apologia is terrific.

You can find it used easily and it is a ton of fun. We used it this year.

I had a really great website for that.  I'm still searching for it, but here's a good one for printables:  Link.

We rolled out butcher paper and drew their outline on it.  Then we glued on printable body parts.  We glued plastic bags on for the lungs and poked in a straw to show them breathing, glued in a sealable plastic bag full of vinegar and bread crumbs to show the acid in the stomach breaking down the food.  And we glued on red yarn for the arteries and blue for the veins.

Scholastic puts out a human body kit based on the magic school bus.

It looks interesting if you only want to do like a unit on the human body.

Usborne books has a Human Body flap book that is awesome!  Apologia is great too.  Magic School Bus DVDs are fun (maybe the library?)

I love Kids Discover, they have things for purchase and things available free:

I know I have a lot of other resources, too, cuz we're doing this next year.  We bought butcher paper to do the body outline, I've seen examples of cells using either fruit or candy.....so much out there.  But I gather my own stuff, I don't buy a packaged curriculum.
