Homeschooling Moms Homeschooling Moms

I Have An Exciting Announcement to Make!!!

The future of secular homeschooling is about to change! Home education is growing at a rate of 3 to 7% annually, and of those families, 70-90% cite reasons other than ‘religious’ in their decision to homeschool. Secular homeschooling is the largest growing demographic in the homeschooling community, and one that goes frequently unnoticed or overlooked. The time has come for secular homeschoolers to unify, and the National Alliance of Secular Homeschoolers, or N.A.S.H., is the future of secular homeschooling! The goal of NASH is to unify secular homeschoolers, giving them a voice and a presence, and most importantly, political and social influence that they need to impact the future of homeschooling. N.A.S.H. gives secular homeschoolers the unity and ability they need, want, and deserve as they take their rightful place in the international home education community. Come join us at the beginning! Get in on the ground floor for the launch of N.A.S.H., by joining us at the 2014 Inaugural N.A.S.H Conference, taking place in Atlanta, GA September 4th – 7th. The Throng is proud to host the Executive Planning Sessions for the National Alliance of Secular Homeschoolers, in addition to offering a variety of secular workshops presented by secular homeschoolers. These workshops are designed to target subjects that appeal to secular homeschooling families. Interested in gaming in education? We have a session! Curious about how to homeschool into high school? There’s a session available! Do you need to bring the kids with you? No problem, we have sessions and activities designed just for them. All of the vendors in the vendor arena are presenting secular curriculum only, so don’t feel like you have to wade through tons of material that doesn’t suit your family. Come join us, at this amazing new event, for the launch of the National Alliance of Secular Homeschoolers, and see how truly exciting secular homeschooling can be!"

***I do not receive anything for posting this, except for the satisfaction of getting the word out about this awesome organization!***
