Hiya!  Neeeeed help!

Due to an absolutely crazy situation at our school, I will be homeschooling this year.  My son will be going into 3rd grade... SUPER smart, reads at a 6th grade level.  But other than filing the intent to homeschool, I have NOOOO idea what I'm doing.  Any and all advice much appreciated!

Edited to add...
My son is diagnosed classic autism and I live in Arkansas.  Those bits of info might've helped a lot, LOL!
Lost my mind.

So I assume since you know about the intent to file, you've read your state's laws.  That's the first thing.  Next, take time to figure out what you want to do.  My kids are all big readers, so we do a lot of reading.  We do math with Life of Fred, we're also using a bit of Mathtacular.  I don't do a packaged curriculum, but I did go through the Home Learning Year by Year  by Rebecca Rupp to get out what I need to be teaching my kids at each grade level.
