Questions about moving to a different state and homeschooling

Oldest ds is getting ready to start 3rd grade.  I've been homeschooling him in nc for 2 years but we are staying in Colorado now.  We don't have an address yet (we're camping for a couple of months first) but I will be transferring dl's, bank and all to here soon.

What is the process if you move after the school year starts?

Also, can a homeschool teacher work a fulltime job and homeschool legally?

Any and all info is appreciated!

Check HSLDA for Colorado's HS laws. As for whether you can legally, there's no place in the US where it's illegal to homeschool.
