I have 3 kids, 5,4 and 2, and my fourth is due in a week and a half. I manage to do well in all of my classes.  I don't go on the computer (unles for class), I keep the tv off and minimize other distractions and have quiet things that the children can do while I study.

Mostly I have learned how to study in the chaos of it all. Not trying to brag, just saying that if you want it badly enough it can be done. I am living proof.  Of course without my husband it would be much more difficult.

OMG I am so worried about this as I have 4 kids ages 7,6,4, and 2. I have to take microbiology this summer.

I studied while the kids played, after they were in bed, while we ate dinner, on lunch breaks, while taking a bubble bath.

I just study all the time. Sometimes I can only get 20 minutes in, sometimes it is 2 hours. Bedtime, naptime, playtime, dinner time... My oldest was in half-time preschool and my youngest was with me all day last semester.

I used to get up early before they got up or after they went to bed. Or my mom or husband would take them or occupy them so I could study. I had lots of days where I had earplugs in locked in my room ad my dh and kids were playing out in the living room. I'm licensed and working now in a medsurg floor. It's worth it ladies just work hard and hang in there.
