 What are some of your guilty pleasures food wise?  What are the foods that could be difficult to give up during your weight loss/get fit journey?

 Mine are:  Sweets *especially cookies and ice cream* and salty snacks, like chips.

I found 100 calorie packs of chocolate covered pretzels.  Hopefully that will satisfy my cravings!

i never liked chocolate til i got pregnant. 

i ate natures valley nut and chocolate granola bars which satisfied my choco craving but were all natural, low in fat and calories and generally healthy.

since having ian the craving has gone away, but i still like candy like skittles and nerds.

Chocolate! And coffee drinks...they are always loaded with calories, even if I choose nonfat
