just downloaded a free iphone app. u put in age, height weight, weight loss goal and how many pounds u  want to lose a week. it gives u a certain amount of calories a day. u put in what u eat and how much u exercise and it calculates everything for you. it's called "lose it!". you can create your own exercises too, so i created "breastfeeding" at 500 calories a day LOL

I have an app like that too by myfitnesspal. Hugely helpful!
