Accomplishment!

Since we moved into this house, the shower has driven me nuts. Whoever lived here before left a nasty, sticky residue that was black with grime on the floor of the shower. I have scrubbed it, bleached it, over and over, and made nary a dent in the grubbiness.

This always bothered me because 1. my kids bathe on the shower floor, playing with their toys and whatnot and 2. it's bloody embarrassing.

Tonight, I conquered the Icky Shower Stall! I had a revolution revelation. I grabbed one of my Brillo pads from the box. These suckers have a heavy duty detergent already in them and they are just the scrubbies from hell. And voila! Icky grimy yuckiness is GONE!!

So now, for the first time, my shower actually is CLEAN!

Perhaps I am major anal cleaning geek, but I am really, sincerely stoked right now.
