Breastfeeding views and discussions from all moms of color. This group supports all women to achieve their breastfeeding goals but there is a specific need to lend more support to this demographic. I felt the need to start this group because of the statistics of breastfeeding women in the United States. BF rates in the U.S. among women of color are much, much lower. This is a place/group where we can talk not only about breastfeeding but also about issues specifically that might increase BF rates in the communities that are less likely to breastfeed.
