I love meditation! At my office, we set up a little corner with music, pillows and candles. Every day at lunch, I go over there and meditate for a while. I feel so much more refreshed!
A hot bath with a good smelling lit candle and a nice glass of wine, either some music playing softly or a book to read while I soak. If this doesn't relax you then you need a prescription.
Oh yes, every mother needs relax, well at night after everyone is in the bed I sip slow a Herbal evening tea, and it helps to relax me, as I sit and collect my thoughts.
Reading or writing always relaxes me.

Playing with my kids *YES, that IS relaxing to me*, being online, reading, watching a good movie, drinking hot chocolate...that's all relaxing to me.
A quiet room...breathing in for 5 seconds and out for 7 for 3 minutes. Then some really easy listening music with a nice scented candle or two.
Beer and music =)
deep breathing gets me calm quickly, especially in hot situations. beyond that, whatever time allows....mindless puzzle games on FB or being a couch potato, napping, taking a walk......
