Just wondering...

When I first came to CafeMom, I came here because I needed advice. I look around in different groups and read different posts and some mothers are just down right ignorant! Some of the replies that they post are very rude and not very motherly like. People come to CM for advice, not to be bashed. Now I understand some posts are just off the wall and some people do kind of ask for the replies they get but didn't some people ever hear of, "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it all?"

So why are some mothers who post here so ignorant?

Some groups are known for their controversy, do people are rather forward when in those groups.

I don't know why some people can be so... difficult, but it took me a while to find rooms with good vibes.

The Lounge is my favorite group, by far, due to all the cool moms in here!!!

yes , the moms confessions is like a free for all to be a dumb a**, sorry 

but the posts an responses i read in there are outrageous, 

there is a way to  convey negative responses in a more tasteful manner

That's where I was reading these posts at. I was thinking what the heck are these people thinking! I read them just for entertainment lol.

I completely stay away from those groups because they upset me so much.  I like The Lounge :)

I guess sometimes it's because there are all kinds of people in the world, and it takes a degree of intelligence to know when not to respond!

The only stupid question is the one not asked. There are alot of women that have a hard time reaching out when they need help. I know that even I tend to be reserved when im unsure about things. But its nice to find people that are willing to be helpful and supportive. Not everyone can find that.

LOL yes there are some women I just kind of give a blank stare at the computer a lot when I read their post.
