Ok, here goes.....green poop, 9 times out of 10 is nothing ever to worry about. It can be due to a change in diet, supplements, or as you suggested, meds. It can also be due to a quicker than normal transit through the intestinal tract.

I have also eaten something before containing green dye. The food itself might not be green, but if the dye reacts with your chemistry, it might "show".
