What foods can I add milk to?

My LO won't drink milk anymore and I'm trying to think of ways to get my expressed breastmilk in her. I add it to her cereal, mashed potatoes and yogurt.

Any other ideas without having to cook it?

How old is your LO??  If older than a year they don't need milk at all, it is not necessary in their diet as long as they are getting their vitamin D and calcium otherways.  So a recommendation would be yogurt and a multivitamin.

May sound weird but if your los big enough make milk shakes with your breast milk and ice cream. Make a bunch and freeze.
