Hi Charisse, Ilana, Gyasi and Alexis,
>
>I am just writing to update you all on your Dad's memory issues.  Right now he is at his neurologist having his yearly memory/thinking test.  From last year to the year before there was some decline in his condition.  I think I detect another decline this year, but if there is one it is slow.  He is still able to drive, be active and enjoy his life, but there are things that he has more and more difficulty with, like sending emails.  He forgets peoples names, even those he knows well (not you guys).  I am writing to let you know because he has difficulty bringing it up himself, but you can ask him about it, if you wish.  He is taking medication for memory and well as for his cardiac condition.  I hope this doesn't scare you but I thought you all deserve to know.  Hopefully the decline will be very slow and he will be around for many more years.

Yes. He does. Its a slow process for my dad, He is able to hold a conversation with people and he knows what your talking about and he can answer your questions with no problems thank god. He knows of his children and his three grand kids. He had a 10 m conversation with my son on Saturday... It made me feel good that my dad and them were giggling and just there time.

My dad is on medication and is seeing his doctor.
