My dd, mom, and I go every Friday looking for garage sales. I have found some great, great finds. I think one of the best earlier this year was the double bike trailer/jogging stroller for $60. Barely used! I don't think any clothes or shoes I've bought for dd have cost me more than a dollar. And all of her toys at grandma's house have all come from garage sales. Loads and loads of them!

This is something my 4 year old and I love to do together. He likes to call it treasure hunting. I love sharing that time with him, because that was something my grandmother and I enjoyed doing together.

I love them and the unique stores you could find with stuff tags at both places for great prices . Collectibles are with I look for or something really old.

I LOVE garage sales. I found a ceramic tea set for DD at the last one. It has candles and cloth napkins and little metal spoons and forks and everything. I only paid $5.

YES! We furnished our whole vacation house with things from garage sales and craigs list. I guess the best deal was an awesome daybed with a pop-up trundle underneath for $20. And the best part is,the house looks great! We tried to be selective and take our time to find just the right things.
