My husband is snoring like the living dead right now...baby girl in the crib sleeping quite soundly...GAH! I have decided to stay up till her next feeding and relocate to the nursery after.

like your heartbeat. Daddy's snoring is just the norm. it's probibly calming to because she is used to hearing it from inside the womb

8 years of marriage and I still can't get use to DH snoring ! However, I slept through the last 4 hurricanes that hit here.
