Sanitizing Toys

Do you ever buy used toys for your kids? If so how do you sanitize them?

I bought some wooden and plastic blocks and building pieces, I want to know what is the best and safest way to clean them.

I'd love to hear your suggestions!!

I don't think I've bought any used toys for my kids.  I'm bumping this for you as I don't know how to sanitize those.
