We love pot roast and stew. I'd like to start using it a lot more though.

Chili and beef or chicken stew. I made beef stew last night so DH and the guys would have a nice lunch while they work on our new house.

I use it for pot roast, chicken and rice, pork chops etc... Ver versatile :)

BBQ beef. Make sandwiches or over mashed potatoes. I hope people post recipes!
