Dog?

I have 2 cats and a 3 year old. Both husband and I have $8 an hour jobs. We make enough to have in the bank and even put a little away in the savings. We live in a double-wide trailer park that allows dogs up to 15lbs. I just know they are a lot of responsibility. Currently we are looking at a Terrier Mix that is 10lbs. What do you think? Yes? No?

Idk. In the end only you and him can make that decision. Just make sure you can properly take care of the dog. Food, vet, etc.

I wouldn't recommend a terrier around a young child they can get nippy . We had a terrier mix, he bit my son in the face while my ds was putting on his leash. He left puncture wounds under my ds eye and nose.

A great breed for smaller children would be a pug.

All I can say is try to keep yourself safe the best you can. It's not easy. Good luck though. If you need someone to talk to you can message me.

I would suggest taking your little one to a shelter and see which dog will get along with him/her.

Terriers are high energy breeds and like PP said can get nippy. Have you seen the Corgi's? I had two growing up. They have lots of energy to play, but they are also content to sit on your lap. Going to a shelter is a great idea !
