Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

Pour onto 9-inch graham cracker crust.

Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350, bake 35-40 minutes.

Pie is done when knife inserted 1 inch from the crust is clean, and center is moist but set.

Makes anywhere between 8 and 16 servings - depends on how big your slices are!

1 1/2 cup crushed up graham cracker.

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoon of 'real' unsalted butter melted.

put all ingredients in the bowl, mix well.

Press it up the sides and the bottom of pie plate. And there you go.
