Thanksgiving Diet, now exercise?!

Now that Thanksgiving is over (ate way too much, AGAIN!), I am looking to lose some weight and work off all that turkey and gravy. I am looking for dieting tips or exercises that will help shed some extra "stuffing" that ingested over the weekend. Any suggestions?

I lost 25lbs recently by counting calories. I'm going to start again on Dec 1st. :-)

Also you can lose lots of water weight by drinking tons of water.

Shoot I don't even understand the word diet!

I have no clue. But i want to lose 10 pounds by Christmas.

Only thing I got is portion control and treadmill
