I showered the next day in the hospital, I don't remember about a bath. I drove the day after I got home from the hospital with my baby to get her announcements ordered from the printer.

I showered before I left the hospital.
I had a c-section, so no driving for a few weeks.
Exercise was not something I was too worried about at the time! :)

About an hour after kid #2. Nurse was very much drill sergeant like. It was an easy birth, I was home later that same day. Other kids, probably six hours.

I didn't take a bath or start exercising until I was told I could. I tore badly and had to have stitches. I drove within about a week or two.
