Day 1.....(and counting)

Today I worked out for 35 minutes.  I am S O R E. LOL.

I weighed in at 144 lbs!  YIKES, for my 5 foot, petite frame that is way too much. I need to be at 115.  I have 29 lbs to go.  I feel a bit overwhelmed, but I can do this.

If you ladies don't mind I am going to updat this, each day on what I get done and once a week my weigh in.

I will update in the replies.  I CAN do this. I can get healthy.

Here is my BEFORE......at age 45 and weighing in at 144, no make up and hair pulled back in a pony tail...but here is my before.

You can do this! I can't wait to see update pics! Once you start to really see a difference, you'll become more and more motivated.

Thanks y'all.  Before I had my second child, I could eat anything and not gain weight, lost weight easily.  After she was born, I had thyroid condition that sometimes happens with pregnancy. It changed my metabolism.  My thyroid is border line sluggish but not enough for meds, so losing is so hard. However, I am going to to this and get healthy for myself and my family. I want to be around for a long time to come and while I still have great blood pressure, I want to correct my body stuff so that I can remain healthy.

I'm right there with you! I'm on day 3 of calorie counting. Gonna start the work outs soon too.

Day 2...just did 30 minutes of aerobics, burnt 212 calories. I swear I burned more....LOL LOL LOL.  Oh and this chick doing hip hop work out is hilarious..I will not be posting a video of that.....I have no rythym..LMBO
