Today I worked out for 35 minutes. I am S O R E. LOL.
I weighed in at 144 lbs! YIKES, for my 5 foot, petite frame that is way too much. I need to be at 115. I have 29 lbs to go. I feel a bit overwhelmed, but I can do this.
If you ladies don't mind I am going to updat this, each day on what I get done and once a week my weigh in.
I will update in the replies. I CAN do this. I can get healthy.
Here is my BEFORE......at age 45 and weighing in at 144, no make up and hair pulled back in a pony tail...but here is my before.
