mines a chef so he cooks dinner all the time :) but thank god for him because when im busy with the baby all day if i didnt get the chance to do dishes or anything he does it hes amazing <3

Yes. My husband is amazing. We live in an apartment right now and have this tiny kitchen with no dishwasher and if the dishes pile up he will just do them for me. If he has a day off of work he will spend his day off cleaning. Like vaccum, mop, sweep. Things I don't always have time for. 

I usually always do the laundry. He does put them away for me sometimes if I ask him to but I don't expect him to do the laundry. That's my favorite chore.   :)

but to br fair, he does most of the 'yard' work and mechanic work, so we're even.

He does straighten up on his day of but he doesn't do most of it right.lol I appreciate it very much but Wednesday nights is now left for me to find all the missing sippy cup parts.lol

 We don't split up chores. It's whoever gets to it. He has a day off today and he has already done the dishes and helped me fold a basket of laundry.

My b/f starts &folds laundryevery evening when he gets home while he watches tv, he helps clean up the kitchen after dinner and on the weekends he vacuums, cooks, irons (i dont iron) .and yardwork.  My ex didnt do anything. What a wonderful change.
