Hey moms i have a 2 1/2 month old little boy and I was wondering when you are able to start feeding them cereal??

i started both my on it when they were a couple of weeks old, i missed it in with there milk

Never. It is not very nutritious, and will interfere with the absorption of nutrients from breastmilk or formula. Ideally, solids are fed when baby can sit unsupported, has lost the tongue-thrust reflex has pincer grasp with his fingers and can put pieces of soft, cut-up food in his own mouth. Avocado, banana and shredded cooked chicken ate ideal first foods. Google baby led solids
