What a work out!

My front steps and walk are steep. I just walk/jogged them for 15 minutes. WHEW...what a work out.  According to my fitness pal calculations it burned approxiametly 280 calories...they are just that steep.  Man that was a good work out.  But I could not do more than 15 minutes and I had to push that. Hopefully at the end of my get fit journey I can do 30 minutes.

I have a pair of pants I got for Christmas that fit just right.  Now they are a little loose and I have to keep tugging them up.....I will have to wear a belt with them. I have not had that problem in a long time.  To say I am estatic is an understament. So far I have lost 4lbs but I think I am firming stuff up too.  I am a happy Mama.

I'm hoping to get the all clear to work out again starting Fri. I hope I get to. Congrats! A good workout with plans to improve.

I think I have found the secret to more consistent work outs. I have been including my children. They love it and they encourag me....."Mama you can do it , go Mama go go go". It is teaching them at the same time by example to be fit.
