My front steps and walk are steep. I just walk/jogged them for 15 minutes. WHEW...what a work out. According to my fitness pal calculations it burned approxiametly 280 calories...they are just that steep. Man that was a good work out. But I could not do more than 15 minutes and I had to push that. Hopefully at the end of my get fit journey I can do 30 minutes.
I love a good work out.
