Same here, only add bridges to that.

Nothing really. I sometimes get bad vertigo when I'm up too high. It just suddenly feels like the floor drops out from under me. I wouldn't quite call it a phobia though because I am not actually afraid of heights.
I get motion sickness when in stop and start traffic on bridges because of a car accident that caused a traffic jam when I was a kid. One car was dangling from the bridge and the other was in the water. The school bus slowly inched by the scene. It is now in all traffic jams that I get motion sickness, but particularly over water.

Oh, and I forgot birds, Im scared to death of birds.
