Today I gave my 1 yr old milk for the first time and she fell asleep for almost 4 hrs. Is this normal?

Yes. Milk has sedative properties. She also was likely pretty full and had a happy tummy. Hope you enjoyed some down time!

None of my kids drink milk...but as long as she's breathing, acting normal and shes not vomitting or having stomach issues than I'm sure she's ok.
