With a headache I can not get rid of. My blood pressure is fine and I am not sick but can't get rid of this headache. It is constant but not the worst I ever had.  I can't take anyting but tylenol due to allergies.  I wish I wish this headache would go away. It is cramping my style.

Are you able to take Aleve? That's the only medicine that helps me with pain...

Are you maybe dehydrated? I get bad headaches when I don't drink enough water.

No, can't take Aleve......thanks........as soon as my children are in bed, I am taking a hot shower, some benadryl as maybe it is sinus related and another dose of tylenol and going to bed.

I don't think that is it.  I have been drinking water well because of my exercise and such.  I am drinking close to 32 ounces a day or more. Could be caffiene as I have lessened my caffiene but it wasn't bothering me until the last 3 days...

Caps meant to be there.  As soon as I get a headache like that, I just drink a bit of caffeine and it's gone now.  Of course, my caffeine is tea now, not canned drinks.

My head ache is better, just a dull ache and I am sucking down the coffee.......LOL LOL
