So I was talking to my SO's 13 year old cousin, cause she's in middle school and going through some hard stuff. Well we got talking about the whole YOLO thing (gag me) and she says this.
"People are like, doing drugs because YOLO or getting pregnant at 16 because YOLO. And im like, are you just that educationally deprived?"
So I tell her how incredibly mature that is for her age, and how I think I might know 4 college kids that understand that fact (what she had just told me) and she follows up with this:
"Oh wow... Now that's just flat out pathetic. I mean seriously! This is why we have so many teen moms in the world! People don't appreciate the small things in life and go around having sex at WAY too early of an age and doikg drugs when they don't stop and realize that by doing these things they're just ruining both their whole life and the lives of those around them. It makes me sick"
I think I just shit an entire brick wall... Anyone.e else stunned at this girl's intelligence and maturity? Remember, she is 13. As in not even in high school yet.
