Has anyone or anyone know of anyone whose scar tissue and or adhesions after a section makes it more difficult to get pregnant? Or possibly blocking something?

I've heard of it, and luckily didn't have problems because of that (though I had plenty of other problems). I did have surgery last year to do a scar revision from my last c-section which had gotten infected and had a large amount of scar tissue removed but none of it was below the muscle/uterine.

No, I haven't.
I've had 4 c-sections, and no trouble at all getting pregnant.
