Exercise, watching portions and what I eat. Cut out sodas for the most part. Have one ever now and then and using my fitness pal to monitor eating and calorie intake.

I have lost 50 lbs. Over several years and probably will keep going until my tummy is flatter. Probably about 10 to 15 more.

Can I ask people who have lost a lot of weight and have the saggy and wrinkly skin, what do you do about it? I can't afford a tummy tuck.

Also, what if one or more parts of your body are too skinny and don't want to lose anymore in those places?

Eating better, cutting out soda, exercise and doing that almost daily.  Drinking more water. Making sure what I put in my mouth is quality and not highly processed or fatty. Lifestyle changes.  I have exercised more in the last few weeks than I have in years. WAlking/jogging at intervals or just walking, aerobics etc etc. The key was keep moving. This week I am so sick with a sinus infection exercise is not happening.  But as soon as I am back to normal I will be back at it.
