LOL, no it isn't but my dd, age 6 made this at school. It is a Jenny Saurus. When I asked her about the small legs since they look like the dino is having a footling breech (didn't mention that).....she said it is the "fast legs" to help the long legs......LOL LOL. Imagination is a wonderful thing....but this made me literally LOL when she first showed it to me.
