Do toddlers start putting two word sentences together? I'm just curious if my son is ahead behind or right on track. At 18 months he is saying who's that, what's that, and most recently my cat. Along with a collection of other words.

Mine were doing it around 12 or so months, but they were on the early side in regards to communication milestones.

That's about right. There are developmental milestone charts online you can compare but really, as long as he is happy healthy and adds words and phrases he is fine.
