I have been hooked on black beans, cheddar and mozarella cheese quesadillas.
Thanks to my quesadilla maker, I can make one within 2 minutes of the urge hitting me! LOL!
Seriously thought - that is a machine that is getting lots of use in my house since getting it!

I love the quesadilla press though - something about how it forms the quesadilla and how evenly everything heats! Lol!

My family is VERY picky (so annoying!!!) and I love I can throw a quesadilla together with only the ingredients I like! Lol!
