I am currently doing it. I got it free from a friend.

I did it before and lost 13 pounds the first month (and that is with not even following the meal guide). It is a brutal workout, but it is soooo worth it.

I would also recommend TurboFire. I haven't done it, but I have tons of friends who LOVE it.

I did it.  I didn't like it.  I prefer to go the the gym though.  I hate working out at home.  I got it from a friend so not sure how much it is.  It is a SUPER intense workout.

I haven't done it. I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution.

I'm a graduate of Insanity, Asylum, P90, P90X, Turbo Jam, Yoga Booty Ballet, and Brazil Butt Lift.

I lost 12 lbs and 2" when I did Insanity. I started at 130 and ended at 118.

It is very intense and not for beginners. I was an experienced long distance runner when I did it. I'm actually going to be a Personal Trainer in a few weeks after I take the exam and it still kicks my behind when I do it.

It is $120 for 10 DVDs. The first month workouts are 39 minutes +16 minutes ( abs) on some days.. month 2 is 60 minutes+16( abs) + on some days there is another workout as well..so, over 2 hours. Month 2 is much more intense than month 1.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I used to be in great shape road my bike to and from work about 10 miles each way and would run several days a week. However after having my son I could never find the time to get out like i used too. He's 20m and i'm due in august with number 2. Do you have any suggestions for beginner workouts i can start off with? I just want to get back to my weight before kids.
