I had a bowl of honey nut cheerios with almond milk this morning.
I had a banana and tablespoon of peanut butter.
Egg whites with a little cheese and some veggies are always a filling, healthy choice.
I usually make green smoothies for breakfast.
Spinach leaves, vanilla almond milk and fresh fruits mixed in a blender with a few ice cubes. Yum! I love making them with bananas and strawberries.

Of course - who am I to talk - my coffee is breakfast most days.
Chocolate pancakes. Use the biggest loser recipe. It's egg whites, greek yogurt, baking powder, co-co, oatmeal, vanilla, almond milk, cinnamon, and stevia. They are delicious. I put natural pb on mine after I warm them up. Yumm-O! DH totally loves them too.
I drink Advocare's Chocolate Mocha meal replacement shake. I add a little natural peanut butter & it is awesome.
