If you could keep your child(ren) one age for a long period of time what age would you keep them before letting them get older?

I love the small baby stage, but each stage of our kids' lives are wonderful.

I would have kept my older ds 6 for a long time...he was sweet and loving and enjoyed school! I would have kept dd (my oldest) 11 and my other ds I would keep his current age (10).

1 mom liked this

I wouldn't keep him at one age.  I've enjoyed every stage of his life...some a little more than others...but still enjoyed them.

I'd keep them at every stage for a couple of years, then they may move on.

I really liked age 4, before school started, she still had her innocence. DD is 10 now, and I really like this age too. However it is beginning to get sad because she is growing up, so many changes, hormones, and I know very soon she will be too cool for me. So 10 would be great too. I wish they could just stay little forever!!
