At what age do you think you'll be able to retire?

I don't think I'm going to be able to retire for a long, long time (I'm in my 40s now) unless I win the lottery or marry someone rich.  lol

Guess I'd better go buy some Powerball tickets, huh?

Our plan is to quit our full time jobs at 45 and retire fully by 50 so far we are almost there even now

At the rate my luck is going, never. Something always needs fixed, I need to replace my car, ect. Maybe I'll win the lottery lol.

i retired at age 58 - and started collecting ss at age 62 - hub is 72 and still working "very, very part-time at the college - if they call, and he feels like going in, he goes, but he has the privilege of declining - best of both worlds -

well I have only worked for about 4yrs of my adult life and been a sahm for about 11yrs so I'm pretty much retired..lol.. I don't plan on getting a job anytime soon but mabe once my dd is older just to have something to do.
