I am up but im at work so i have to stay up lol
i ate slim jims and sprite lol im feeling it now!
I've had many many problems with sleeping through the night and "melatonin" has helped me big time. Start with 0.25 mg - 0.5 mg and if that works; great. If not then work your way up to 3 mg. It is natural and helps you stay asleep too. A good article to read is by Dr. Mercola called "Exposing yourself to light at night shuts your melatonin and raises your cancer risk".
