Why do some women think they have the right to with hold visitation if there is a court order stating that the ncp gets visitation? I think if a custodial parent thinks the ncp is unfit to parent then they need to take the legal necessary steps to either get supervised visits or to stop visits it's not up to them to just stop visits some women irritate me. anyone agree?

I think they feel powerfull that they can determine when the child can see the ncp.  If they have a court order then it needs to be followed unless they and prove the ncp unfil or proof the child is being abused.

Yes you need to keep sending them until there is proof because it can backfire and then you can be held in contempt.

I stopped it. I let him pursue it legally so he could pay for his asshattery.

AMEN! You have to prove that a parent is unfit in order to get rights taken away.

If the child in seriously in danger, I can see just up and stopping it.

However, I do think a court order should be followed in most cases.
