All three of my pets have been sterilized.  I adopted 2 from the shelter and they automatically spay or neuter all animals being adopted.  The other I voluntarily had spayed.  I believe in pet population control.

1 dog (11) is and the cat (13) is.
2 dogs (5 & 4mos) are not.
Research has show there are health benefits to keeping your pet intact.

Yep. I had a boy and a girl cat and they both had theirs done at maybe six months old when we rescued them after their mother died. They weren't big enough to fend for themselves and they were still nursing so we knew they were never going back outside. And they were siblings.

1 mom liked this

My 1 year old female cat is, my female kitten will be, DH's male dog is not. For some reason DH is completely against anything happening to his dogs nuts....must be a male thing.

Yes, everyone but the rabbit and aquatics.

I wanted no spraying, aggression, caterwauling, or pups to take of. Our rabbit would be neutered if the " exotic" pet vet wasn't 45 min away. He'd feel better and I wouldn't be violated everytime I filled his food! Hahaha!

The aquatics, although not sexed, to not lay eggs or anything and besides, I don't thing that surgery applies to them. :-D

My GSD, and two cats are spayed/neutered. There are already enough animals without homes. I don't need to add to the population.

Yes. She's an inside cat and I didn't want to deak with any spraying or being in heat.

Yep! No one wants a bleeding dog running around the house. Or a cat that pees on everything.
