Festive Sweet Potatoes:
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

1/4 c milk
2/3 c butter or margarine melted
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped nuts- I used pecans
1 c firmly packed brown sugar

Combine potatoes, white sugar, milk, 1/2 the butter, eggs, & vanilla. Mix well and spoon into a greased 8 in square baking dish. Sounds delicious except for the coconut (allergic) I might use marshmallows instead
