Baker or a cook?
I consider myself more of a cook than a baker. Baking is more precise, whereas cooking isn't. I don't measure when I cook, unless it's a new recipe that I've never done before. But even then I won't measure the spices.
Definitely cook. I bake occasionally, and I've gotten much better at it, but there are still some baked goods that just never work for me no matter what. There isn't anything I can't cook to perfection though.
Both. I have worked as a cook and love love love to bake. I have even invented my own recipees.
